Experience the unique flavor of freshly smoked Norwegian sprats!

Every Tuesday and Thursday between June 1 and August 31, we light up our 101-year-old smoking oven, offering tasting samples of traditional Norwegian sprats smoked on oak. The fish is ready for tasting between 11:00 and 11:30, and is served throughout the opening hours or until it`s empty for fish.

The tasting is included in the ticket.
